I was driving all around town trying to find a wall shelf that had specific qualities. I had stopped at 6 stores before walking into Home Essentials Furniture, where I was greeted and taken care of by Ibrahim. He took time to listen to what I was looking for, then pulled up the inventory so I could see for myself what was available. Ibrahim went above and beyond for me, after I was feeling discouraged from other stores not having what I was needing. He compared some options for me, and even brought out the tape measure so I could easily visualize what size the piece was. I am so satisfied with my shopping experience here and I will definitely be back for future furniture purchases. I’m feeling like this review doesn’t even do justice to how helpful and kind Ibrahim was. Just know I left the store and called family to tell them how amazing my experience was. 15/10 could not recommend more!!
